1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Call Courier).

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and location.

  • Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most locations in Pakistan.

  • The courier may require the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact us directly at [add your email/WhatsApp number].

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID by SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can use this ID on the courier’s website to track your shipment status.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us immediately.

  • If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the customer’s unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
